A lot has been happening behind the scenes at Service Center Terlet bv (SCT) over recent months.
As is often the case in a close-knit and specialized community like ours, you will undoubtedly be aware that our team was suddenly severely tested by a number of profound personal and medical situations.
This temporarily created a significant challenge for our scheduling and staffing.
It is precisely during such a period that swift action is required to safeguard the continuity and the trusted quality of our maintenance company.
We are very confident to report that SCT will be back at full strength to serve you as of this coming 1st September.
Our recent recruitment campaign has yielded a highly positive result, completely restoring stability and staffing in the workshop:
- Strengthening the team: As of 1st September, we welcome a highly skilled new member to our team. He brings broad experience from within the aviation sector, including a background as a quality manager at a major aviation engineering company, and holds the appropriate AML privileges to integrate seamlessly into our Part-CAO structure.
- A trusted employee returns: In addition, we have another piece of good news to share. Our skilled colleague who left us on 1st June will be returning to us permanently on 1st September. As an experienced glider technician holding all AML privileges, he knows our workshop and your aircraft inside out.
- A positive outlook: Alongside the arrival of these two technicians, we also have the good prospect of looking forward to gradually welcoming back into the workshop, step-by-step after our summer closure, our colleague who was sidelined early this year due to a severe personal loss.
What does this mean for you?
From the upcoming winter maintenance season onwards, our workshop at Terlet will be operating at the maximum capacity you have come to expect from us. All your maintenance, repairs, CAMO management, and ARC inspections will continue to be carried out to the highest professional standard.
We would like to sincerely thank you for your loyalty, your flexibility, and the trust placed in us during these turbulent past months. The team is rock-solid once again, and we are very much looking forward to moving ahead at full speed for your fleet from September onwards.
